We hear you! YES it's happening.
Our raincoats are a waterproof simplistic design that keep the rain off your pooch and are lined with a thin fleece to keep them warm on the inside.
They are lightweight and have a simple single buckle click underneath.
Currently available for Whippets (Italian Greyhound and Greyhound sizes are in the making). Sizes are the same as our jumpers. (i.e. a small jumper will fit a small raincoat)
All of our Greyhound, Whippet and Italian Greyhound clothing come in a range of sizes which, where reasonable, can be adjusted to suit your pooch's needs. Please keep in mind that our clothing is made to order.

Get the right fit for your hound! If your iggy, whippet or greyhound sits outside of our regular size chart please send us a message and we can make further recommendations.
If a size alteration is required (after contacting us), let us know your hound's measurements in the order instructions section at checkout.
Additional information required for alterations:

- Length measurement
We are also happy to facilitate in altering garments for breeds that have a similar body shape to sighthounds i.e. Vizlas and Regular Poodles but please let us know beforehand.

All of our items are Handmade <3
We do ask for 7-10 business days to make and prepare your order. In addition to the processing time, an additional 2-3 days are required for shipping. All orders are Express Post, however delays from Australia post can be expected. For international orders shipping can take 7-30 business days in some countries, however usual shipping time for the United States is 7-14 business days.

International Shipping
International Shipping is available to most countries outside of Australia with a few exceptions. We offer both regular and express shipping internationally and will require a contact phone number for express shipping however we do recommend to add a phone number either way to assure your order can find its way to you. Please keep in mind that international shipping may take on average 7-30 days and that delays may occur at any time due to flight schedules.

There are certain countries where shipping from Australia is unavailable at this time (i.e. Ireland) and therefore we are unable to open up our orders to those countries. Additionally, we have encountered some countries where we have sent to in the past seem to bounce back orders and we have therefore decided not to ship there anymore (i.e. Spain & amp; Mexico)

Beautiful rain coat, lovely soft lining. While Ivy is usually a S in the jumpers, the size S raincoat was too tight, recommend going up a size. The M is perfect, thank you for the wonderful customer service.

I have bought a number of items from Imperfect Hound. I am more than happy with every purchase and my recent purchase of a raincoat exceeded my expectations. What a great raincoat and not rubbery, but instead a high quality material found in outdoor clothing.
We have been searching for a raincoat for a while now and hadn’t found one we particularly cared for until now. It’s the perfect length - covering the tush to base of the head. We roll our collar because our whippet doesn’t like his ears covered, but there’s plenty of room to roll or keep up. There’s a nice soft fleece inside so no itchy fabric rubbing against your pup’s skin. Our boy is on the larger end and we love the elastic snap, keeping the raincoat in place and your pouch covered.
