How do I measure my dog?
Best way to measure your dog is with a flexible measuring tape. Please see our Sizing Chart on “how to” and “where to” measure your dog. Keep in mind that the best judgement on size is the measurement of your dogs chest measurement. For our jumpers, we want the jumper to sit nice and loose on your dog.
What if the item doesn’t fit?
Sometimes measuring up your dog can be tricky and we understand that the size ordered may not be right for your dog. That’s why we are more than happy to exchange the size for you on your first order. We’d recommend ordering just one to two items on your first purchase to get a feel for our sizes on your pup. Please note that we only exchange up to two garments.
We ask that you send back the original order with you name and address and we will prepare and send out your new size within 7-10 business days.
I have a puppy, what size suits them best?
Firstly, CONGRATULATIONS!! How exciting, secondly, yes very important to keep that puppy warm. For an iggy puppy, the clothes will be loose even with our best efforts to make an XXS Iggy size, however they grow very quickly. For whippet puppies, it will depend on their age. For whippet puppies that are around 8 weeks old they will fit a Small Iggy size (with alterations) while a 12 week puppy will fit a Large Iggy size (with alterations). If possible, please let us know the Chest and Length of your puppy. Please let us know in the comments section if we’re making an item for a puppy.
Do you do alterations?
Absolutely we do! Deep chested, little barrel shape, 3 legs etc. just let us know and we can try and accommodate in anyway possible for you. Please see our Alterations section for more information.
How long is the processing time?
We ask for between 7-10 business days to process your order. Each and every order is handmade and does require some time to make. In higher demand seasons (i.e. Winter) we may even ask for up to 15 business days to process the order, however we will let you know if that occurs.
Can I exchange the item?
Yes. We do ask that before ordering you do use our size chart and measure your dog appropriately however, we understand sometimes it’s hard. We are happy to exchange up to two items on your first order if it doesn’t fit. If you are unhappy with the item you have received, please send us a message and we can work out a solution.
Can I get a refund?
Please send us a message if you are unhappy with your item or have any issues with your order. We are more than happy to work out a solution. If there is any other reason you would like to cancel your order i.e. the dog is no longer in your care, then we are more than happy to cancel and refund your order if we haven’t yet sent it out. Please send us a message and we can work out a plan.
