Get the right fit for your hound! If your iggy, whippet or greyhound sits outside of our regular size chart please send us a message and we can make further recommendations.

If a size alteration is required (after contacting us), let us know your hound's measurements in the order instructions section at checkout. 

Additional information required for alterations:

• Neck measurement
• Chest measurement
• Length measurement

We are also happy to facilitate in altering garments for breeds that have a similar body shape to sighthounds i.e. Vizlas and Regular Poodles but please let us know beforehand.

Personalisation

Get your item personalised with the name of your hound by adding personalisation to your cart. Then let us know your pups name in the order instructions section at checkout.

We do ask for 7-10 business days to make and prepare your order. In addition to the processing time, an additional 2-3 days are required for shipping. All orders are Express Post, however delays from Australia post can be expected. For international orders shipping can take 7-30 business days in some countries, however usual shipping time for the United States is 7-14 business days.

Returns
Please see our exchange section and frequently asked questions regarding product returns. 

International Shipping is available to most countries outside of Australia with a few exceptions. We offer both regular and express shipping internationally and will require a contact phone number for express shipping however we do recommend to add a phone number either way to assure your order can find its way to you. Please keep in mind that international shipping may take on average 7-30 days and that delays may occur at any time due to flight schedules.

There are certain countries where shipping from Australia is unavailable at this time (i.e. Ireland) and therefore we are unable to open up our orders to those countries. Additionally, we have encountered some countries where we have sent to in the past seem to bounce back orders and we have therefore decided not to ship there anymore (i.e. Spain & amp; Mexico)
